It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne Gibson Hamm (Winnsboro, Texas), who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Basil Gibson and Una Myers Gibson; and her sister Jane Gibson Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Hardy Carl Hamm, Jr. of Winnsboro; her brother Charles Basil Gibson, Jr. of Murchison; her grandchildren, Jayme Newton (Melissa), Joey Newton (Rita), Julia Hamm, Zoë Hamm, David Hamm, Matthew Hamm, Everly Hamm, Catherine Hamm and Wylder Hamm; and her great grandchildren, Grant Newton, Julian Newton, Taylor Newton, Lane Newton and Easton Newton. She is also survived by in-laws, nine grandchildren, two grandchildren-in-law, and five great-grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church of Winnsboro in lieu of flowers.
