He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Delk and Eather Delk; his great grandchild Joshua; and his siblings, Charles Delk and Della Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Delk of Winnsboro; his children, Lee Delk (Lee Ann) of Watauga, Texas and Belinda Logan (James) of Bowman; his brother Buford Delk (Sara) of Quitman; his grandchildren, Nichole Delk, Joshua, Frankie, Tiffany and David Logan; and his great grandchildren, Chloe, Zoe, Eliath and Scott Logan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
