He was predeceased by: his father Leonard Holt; his daughter Christi Dickey; his brothers, Carlton Holt, Damon Holt and Rickey Don Holt; and his brothers-in-law, Ace Noel and Tim McCarley.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Swann Holt; his sons, Philip Lee Holt (Joanna), Bryan Bethea (Jennifer) and Earl Bethea (Carrie); his siblings, Eugene Holt (Shirley), Vicki Noel and Shirley Stroup (Chris); and his grandchildren, Chance Bethea, Nick Bethea, Jullian Dickey, KayCie Dyck, Lindsey Wright and Brandon Holt. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
