He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Andres Cuebas and Francisca Roman Cuebas; his wife Ana L. Cuebas; and his children, Miguel Miguelito Cuebas, Isaac Velez, Roberto Velez, Osvaldo Velez, Mirtsa Cuebas, Carmen Velez and Ana Velez Martinez. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
