He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Gilliam and Selina Gilliam (Jackson); and his sister Carolyn Ann Gilliam. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Henderson; his children, Mark Gilliam, Jr., Rodney Henderson, Roger Peckham, Jennifer Gilliam, Selina Gilliam, Sandy Gilliam and Ellen Henderson; and his siblings, Marshall Gilliam, Jerry Glenn Gilliam and Rhonda Kay Gilliam.
