It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ellen Judah of Winnsboro, Texas, who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richmond Alberson and Bessie Alberson; her husband Lewie Judah; her daughter Janice Vaughan; her brother James Alberson; and her grandson Kevin Vaughan.

She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Carr (Jim); her sisters, Linda Brannon (Jim), Vonzene Hand and Doris Faulk; her grandchildren, Julie Thomas (Justin), Melody Browning (Leon), Don Carr (Allie) and Troy Carr (Tina); and her great grandchildren, Breanna Irby, Elaina Browning, Gage Vaughn, Cheyenne Vaughn, Christopher Carr, Alania Carr, Tiffany Carr and Tabitha Carr.

“My deepest sympathies to Margaret's family. We were good friends n the 90's and I counted on her to save me a seat at the Dothan VFW every Friday night. She loved to dance as much as I did and we enjoyed the band and friends we made who were an integral part of our VFW family. My husband and I really missed her when she moved to be closer to family. Although we lost touch over the years, the fond memories of a beautiful lady and our friendship remain with me. Celeste Kirkland”
