He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Foster; and his son Stoney Foster. He is survived by: his brother Tim Elledge of Weaver; his stepbrothers, Ronnie Foster Jr. and David Rose of Winnsboro; and his stepdaughters, Vera, Ashley Wilson of Texarkana and Kima McManus of Bertrand. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hopewell Cemetery (870 Co Rd 4870, Winnsboro, TX 75494).
