He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Stephens (Christine), Chad Stephens and Terry Eastwood (Kaylee); and his brothers, Rickey Stephens (Snuckie) and Terry Stephens (Maxanna). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
