He was predeceased by: his parents, William O'Banion and Freddie O'Banion; and his wife Myrna O'Banion (Loy). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth M. O'Banion, Jr., Richard O'Banion, Dianne Henry (Keith) and Debra Gage; his sister Margie Corbin; and his grandchildren, Jacqueline, William, Chelsea, Amber, Michael, Matthew and Mandy.
