She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Ince and Della Ince; her siblings, Fred Ince and Peggy Blackmon; and her son Coach John T. Qualls Sr..
She is survived by: her brother John C. Ince (Shirley) of Kingwood; and her daughters, Leah Q. Cabell (Martin) of Talco and Toni Qualls (Carl) of Houston. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
