She was predeceased by: her parent Burnice Powell; her sister Joan Kennedy; her son-in-law Tony Watson; and her grandson Adam Watson. She is survived by: her husband David Earl Weems of Winnsboro; her daughters, Sandy Kay Kile (David) of Royce City and Angie Thompson (Kevin) of Winnsboro; her siblings, Kenneth Powell (Debbie) of Tyler, James Powell of Gilmer, David Powell (Carol) of Tyler and Donna Powell of Winnsboro; her grandchildren, Spencer, Caden, Reid, Emily, Shelby (Caleb), Carson, Kade, Caitlin and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Jonah Kate, Zeke, Eden and Jude. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
