It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Earl Bullard of Winnsboro, Texas, who passed away on October 1, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Bullard and Eula Maye Coston Bullard; and his great-niece April Michelle Phillips. He is survived by: his sister Marilynn Thacker (Cranston); his nieces, Kristie Brian (Robert) and Julie Jackson (Bryan); his great-niece Taylor Blackwood (Mikey); his great-nephews, Hunter Brian, Alex Jackson and Keaton Jackson; and also, Kortlyn Blackwood, Michael Blackwood and Kamdyn Blackwood.
