She is survived by: her mother Sherri Scism Rutherford; her husband Kevin Thompson; her children, Caitlin, Jacob and Kade; her stepdaughters, Jessica Garcia, Lauren Nix and Karen Thompson; her stepsister Leah Wittner; her half-sister MaDonna Penick; and her grandfather Jerry Scism.
