He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick William Rink and Esther Harriet "Gleason" Rink; and his siblings, Fredrick, Joseph, James, Virginia, Violet, Viva, Ruth and Cora.
He is survived by: his half-sister Sally West. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
