He was predeceased by: his siblings, Larry Barrett, Dan Barrett, Jimmy Barrett, Mary Osbourn and Peggy Farris.

He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Barrett; his children, Kayla Barrett, Randy Worth and Justin Worth; and his grandchildren, Taylor Worth, Corlan Worth and Peyton Worth.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation or Cypress Basin Hospice.
