She was predeceased by: her husband Elgin Fowler, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Janelle Chumbley (Randy) of Winnsboro and Paula Kay Garmon (Bill) of Lone Oak; and her grandson Brian Garmon. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
