He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruth Mills and Curtis Talbert; his wife Thomasine Cathey; his children, Tommy Carl Talbert (Sharon), Cathey Weaver and Kimberly Murley; and his sister Kay Rose. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
