He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Clifford Zachary and Ruby Edna Ballard; and his brothers, Robert and James. He is survived by: his daughters, Pam Luera and Lori Kortge; and his wife Dalinda Zachary. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
