He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gutierrez of Winnsboro; his children, Efrain Gutierrez (Febe) of Winnsboro, Benjamin Gutierrez, Jr. (Deaise) of Mexico, Ana Villatoro (Jairo) of Winnsboro, Maritza Rose (Brad) of Winnsboro, Consuelo Chavez (Ernesto) of Winnsboro and Yuliana Sanchez (Ceazer) of Mexico; and his brother Javier Gutierrez of Mexico. He is also survived by twenty two grandchildren and one great grandchildren.
