He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kennemer and Opal Kennemer (Moore); his former wife Marie Kennemer; his children, James Lynn Kennemer, Silas Woodrow Kennemer, Kathy Steele and Dorothy Simmons; and his grandsons, Alton Paul Kennemer and Marc Kennemer.
He is survived by: his wife Guyla Kennemer (Calvert); his children, Elbert "Bert" Kennemer and Beverly Atkinson (Challan); and his stepsons, Joe Clark and Guy Clark. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
