He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Liza Jo Nussbaum and Curley Stelly; his sons, Stephen Stelly of Winnie, Marc Stelly (Jeanette) of Winnie and David Stelly (Candy) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; his sister Alice Babineau of Lafayette, Louisiana; his daughter-in-law Lola Stelly of Grand Chenier, Louisiana; his grandchildren, John Stelly (Terry), Summa Stelly (Jennifer), Eric Stelly (Nina), Walt Stelly (Mindy), Jeni Vidrine (David), Shauntel Meche (Nick), Mitzi Arney (Garrett), Mignon Stelly Williams, Danielle Stokan (Kyle), Brennan Stelly (Kate) and Kaitlyn Cardona (Nick); his wife Pansy Stelly; and his son John Stelly. He was also cherished by twenty-three great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
