He is survived by: his father Ross Wayne Van Norstrand, Sr.; his daughter Paitan Van Norstrand of Lumberton; his grandmother Penny Smith of Winnie; his siblings, Buck McNeely (Jeanette) of Houston, Bronwyn Van Norstrand of Kountze, Erin McNeely of Comfort, Summer McNeely of Houston, Jamie Armentor (Daniel) of Winnie and Misty Locke (Tim) of Fort Worth; his nieces and nephews, Jaycee, Jason, Chloe, Conor, Brooklyn, Landry, Henry and Charlie; his former wife Dee Van Norstrand of Lumberton; and his brother-in-law John Cunningham "Goob" of Silsbee. He is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, relatives, and a host of friends.
