She is survived by: her sons, Andy Lezak (Patsy) of LaBelle and Mike Lezak (Trini) of Winnie; her grandchildren, Mark Lezak (Tammy), Kristen Lezak, Justin Lezak (Halee) and Jarred Lezak (Emma); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Mikie, Howie, Parker, Asher, Bayler, Savannah and Bryce; her siblings, Thomas Griffin and Jerry Stinson; and her sister-in-law Sally Griffin.
