She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lyman Hebert and Sarah Melancon Richard; her husband Sam Anthony Mazzola; her children, Rickey Lynn Mazzola, Tony Mazzola, Joni Ray (Carey), Lori Blanda (Louis) and Johnny "Bu" Mazzola (Kim); her grandchildren, Nicole Renner (Wes), Anthony Mazzola (Kalie), Ryan Ray (Brandi), Luke Ray (Ryan), Tanner, Ross Mazzola, Sam, Jake Blanda and Emily Varnado (Dalton); her great grandchild Amy Beth Mazzola; her grandchildren, Sarah Renner, Jonah, Carter, Jackson Ray, Heidi, Molly Varnado, Teal and Tatum Mazzola; and her caregivers, Chrissy, Doris and Jessett. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
