He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Koelemay of Clearlake; his children, Mark Koelemay (Carol) of Winnie, Breck Koelemay (Pam) of Lake Jackson and Cindy Bostwick (Greg) of Beaumont; his stepson Byron Hebert (Cynthia) of Clear Lake; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Alyssa, Lilia, Michael Koelemay, Lucas, Greg and Blake Bostwick. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
