He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Holmes Emenhiser and Joseph Clark Emenhiser; and his siblings, Gerald Emenhiser and Peggy Emenhiser. He is survived by: his daughters, Donna Emenhiser of Bryan and Glenda Emenhiser of Winnie; his sister Bernice Farrow (Russell) of Winnie; his granddaughter Tayler Williams of Winnie; his great grandchild Kennedy Thumann of Brenham; and his close friend Glenda Dailey of Deweyville.
