She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorelia Marie Landry and Jesse Christian; her husband John Mason; and her children, James Jackson, Jerry Jackson, Martin East and Lynda Abshire.
She is survived by: her daughters, Virginia Barge (Butch) of Etoil, Becky Johnson (David) of Temple and Vanessa Atkinson (Jerry) of Coldspring. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
