She was predeceased by: her parents, Emile Leger and Amelia Leger; her husband Dalton Joseph Simon, Sr.; her sister Joyce Miller; and her great great grandchild Nathanial.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jones (Kit), Stephanie Simon (Kim LaCombe), Dalton A. Simon, Ramona Miller (Robert), Mike Simon (Carol) of Winnie and Jody Simon (Patrick Slagle) of Houston; her grandchildren, Daphne, Casey, Jesse, Buck, Paige, Cameron, Sarah and Jared; and her siblings, Jerrell Leger (Ruth) of Winnie, Beverly Guidry of Fannett and Elroy Leger (Jeanette) of Arlington. She is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
