She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Watts and Sadye McMullen Watts; her sister Susan Watts; and her close friend Ronald Smith. She is survived by: her children, Steven Franzen (Lisa Franzen) of Winnie and Rozalyn McGovern of Winnie; her grandchildren, Kirbi Tharp (Matt Tharp), Shelby Franzen, Mallory Simon (Sammy Simon), Andrew McGovern and Collin McGovern (Natalie McGovern); and her great grandchildren, Emme and Maeve Tharp.
