He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smith and Earlene Smith; and his brothers, J. D. Smith of Hawley, TX and Don Smith of Abilene, TX.. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Smith (Lorri) of Coleman, Benjamin Smith (Nicole) of Lucas, John Smith (Heather) of Hughes Springs, Melanie Smith (Scott) of Ft. Worth and Melissa Smith of McKinney. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren as well as numerous Nieces, Nephews.
