He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Cline Hill and Sara Evans Hill; his wife Shirley Marione Tubbs; his stepmother Zora Mitchell Hill; and his siblings, Elvin Hill and Evelyn Hill Voelkel.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melinda Hill Hoppe (Glenn Jr) of Winters and Belinda Hill Schwartz (Gary) of Winters; his brother Glynn Hill (Marilyn) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Chanda Hoppe Moseley (Reagan), Chris Hoppe (Danna), Maegan Schwartz and Clint Schwartz; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Jase Moseley, Braden and Brianne Hoppe.
