He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Butler and Clara Butler (Wrinkles). He is survived by: his spouse Era; and his children, Dwight Butler (Gaye) of Blossom, Nolan Butler (Victoria) of Honey Grove, Yvonne Butler of Windom, Pamela Butler Mitchell (Lindell) of Livingston and Jayn Butler Hawk (James) of Fate. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
