He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie Herman Anderson and Mary Agnes Manier Anderson; his siblings, Kate, Lucille Abdo and Gordon Anderson; his nephew Michael Anderson; and his son Daniel Anderson.

He is survived by: his sons, Scott and Christopher Anderson; his daughter-in-law Susan Thomas Anderson; his grandchildren, Jackson and Campbell Anderson; his nephew Roger Anderson; and his niece Karen Van Wicklen.
