He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph T. Nicosia and Reva Nicosia (Rodgers); and his brother Anthony. He is survived by: his friends, Janice and Leon Hazen; his wife Jo Ann (Jody); his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Deborah; his grandson Noah; his son David; his siblings, Michael (Angela), Marie and John; and his friend Martha Bigham. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
