It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Alan Dawson (Wimberley, Texas), born in Austin, Texas, who passed away on August 4, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, TerryLu Jisa and Thomas N. Wood; and his stepfather Harold "Red" Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Cherie; his children, Rob Dawson and Ashley Dawson (Boone Jarschke); his siblings, Tom Dawson (Cindy), Lisa Wood, Craig Wood, Glenn Wood and Julie Ann Whitmore (Thor); his sisters-in-law, Fonda Winter and Peggy Hatley (Steve); and his granddaughters, Penelope Dawson, Verona Jarschke, Maven Dawson and Cali Dawson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
