He is survived by: his wife Diane; his sons, Dr. Troy Thompson (Mia) and Batt; his grandchildren, Drexel, Kristin, Tyler and Everett; and his siblings, Joann Johnson of Atlanta, Georgia, Becky Nation, Janie Pitry of Orange, Texas, Danny Harper of Colorado and Chuck Long of Orange, Texas..
