He was predeceased by: his father Rayburn Earl Williams; his stepparents, Harold Sheffield and Sandra Williams; his father-in-law Joe Hilscher; his stepfather-in-law Robert Thompson; his mother-in-law Dorothy Thompson; his brother-in-law Steven Hilscher; his aunt Jody Williams; and his stepsister Dixie Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Shauna Williams; his children, Brooke Cope and Jared Williams; his children-in-law, Ryan Cope and Nancy Williams; his mother Barbara Sheffield; his sister Cindy Tieken; his brother-in-law King Tieken; his uncle Charles Webb; his aunt Emma Bridwell; and his granddaughters, Layla and Mayra. He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives, friends.
