With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gloria Ann Duke of Wimberley, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on October 18, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Trammell and Clemmie Trammell; and her sister Delores Jean Vickers. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie W. Duke; her children, Kelly Barclay (Douglas), Sharon Lotz (Harold), Wade Duke, Sr. and Tiffany Hicks (Corey); her grandchildren, William Murphy, Alexandra Steger (Andrew), Kendall Morton (Dax), Danielle Damrich (Dax), Matthew Murphy (Holley), Sydney Lotz, Wade Duke, Jr., Cole Hicks, Lauren Hicks and Eli Meshbane-Duke; and her great grandchildren, Matthew Murphy, II, Winston Murphy and Theodore Steger.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to honor Gloria can be directed to the Wimberley United Methodist Church, reflecting her spirit of giving and community support.
