She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Dean Chandler and Dr. Vernon Albert Dean. She is survived by: her stepfather Patrick Vernon Chander; her children, Patrick Fisher, Catherine Jo Fisher of New Haven, CT and Melinda; her friend Grens; her grandchildren, Parker, Edison Fisher, Noah, Isabel, Clio Bate, Marina and Leo Friend; her brother Vernon Dean; her sister-in-law Jacqueline Dean of Beaumont, Texas.; her brother Charles Dean (Buck); and her husband Phil D. Fisher.
