She is survived by: her husband Fred Cook of Denison, TX; her children, Gwendelyn Kenneally of Montana, Rick Cook of Montana, David Cook of Florida, Shane Cook of Montana and Lisa Meeks of Missouri; and her siblings, Rito Batican, Mila Caballero, Salud Mathey and Otie Daguplo. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
