He is survived by: his children, Alicia Mize (Gidney) of Van Alstyne, Brian and Shannon Gidney (Kemp) of Van Alstyne; his grandchildren, Dalton Hill of Farmersville, Dakota Mize of Plano, Jaxon Gidney of Van Alstyne and Charlee Gidney of Van Alstyne; his great grandchild Lyla Hill of Farmersville; and his siblings, Larry (Patricia Gidney), Ramsey (Carolyn Gidney), Beth (Gidney), Delphine Brinkmeyer of New Hope and Mike (Sandra Gidney). He is also survived by several other nephews, nieces and numerous other relatives.
