He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Santiago Rios and Mercedes Bermudez Baez. He is survived by: his wife Maria Santiago; and his children, Eileen I. Martinez, William E. Santiago and Edwin Santiago. He is also survived by grandchildren, ten loving great – grandchildren and extended family.
