He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Russell and Callie Russell (Britton); his wife Canzada Marie Russell; his former wife Mary Lou Russell; and his son Ricky Roy Russell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beckey Bethel, Vickie Hensley (Robert), Deborah Snell and Pat Davis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
