He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Ann Maxwell; and his grandparents, George and Pat Plumlee. He is survived by: his former wife Sabrina South; his wife Sabrina Maxwell of Wills Point; his sons, Nicholas Maxwell of Hobbs and Zachary Maxwell of Arlington; his father Carrol Dean Maxwell of Carlsbad; and his sisters, Karen Hembree (Gordon) of Arlington and Kim Johnston (Kyle) of Hobbs.
