He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Goggans and Maggie Goggans; his wife Elsie Mae Goggans; and his brothers, Lloyd Eugene "Mickey" Goggans, James Walter Goggans and Ben Goggans.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Dan Woolverton (Doris) and Lori Goggans; his sister-in-law Mary Goggans; and his granddaughter Kay Lynn McCarty. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
