He is survived by: his children, Lieutenant Connor Alexander Houston (Heidi) and Caitlin Philpott (Rich Kawamoto) of Mississuga; the mother of his children Kerri Toloczko (Houston) of Naples, FL; his sister Monell Weatherly (Michael) of Itasca, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Cymbre Kooker (Justin) of Elmo, TX, Pierce Weatherly (Janelle) of West Deptford, NJ and Choyce Weatherly (Devan) of Magnolia, TX. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
