She was predeceased by: her parents, Iva Mae Whitley (Rouse) and James Whitley; her great grandchild Devin Kelley; and her brothers, Joe Whitley and Bob Whitley.
She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Kelley Jr. of Wills Point, TX; her children, Susan Lynn Kelley Oehlke of Waller, TX, Mary Elaine Kelley Ryan of Royse City, TX, Sheree Delaine Kelley Oehlke of Rosenberg, TX and Joe Alan Kelley of Las Vegas, NV; her sister Sally L. Romk; and her children-in-law, James R. Oehlke, Jeffrey H. Oehlke, Timothy G. Ryan and Debra F. Kelley. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
