He was predeceased by: his parents, John Winkle and Patsy Winkle. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Winkle; his daughters, Misti Anderson (Bryan), Stephanie Delgado (Eduardo), Lacey Morrison, Alicia Winkle, Tonya Woolverton and Sonya Shinn (Paul); his siblings, Jerry Winkle (Debbie) and Patti Capps (Randy); his grandchildren, Mariah, Trevor, Braden, Jocelyn, Tyler, Alyssa, Carson, Cassie, Maddison, Julianne, Trey, Savanna and Brianna; and his great grandchildren, Haven, Raelynn, Camryn, Mylo, Grayson and Jon.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mullin-Fuller Funeral Home (205 Corky Boyd Ave, Wills Point, TX 75169). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bright Star Cemetery.
