He was predeceased by: his parents, Rayford "Boots" Ragan and Mary Catherine Bland; his stepfather Jack Bland; and his sister Dianna Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Ragan of Wills Point; his daughters, Pam Smith (Kurt) of Rice, Carla Roberts (Brady) of Canton and Traci Moore (Tommie) of Tyler; his brothers, Jerry Ragan (Donna) of Wills Point and Ronald Ragan of Fruitvale; and his grandchildren, Amanda Roberts, Bryce Smith (Kathleen), Ragan Roberts, Blaine Smith, Cody Moore, Katrina Moore and Jesse Roberts (Kenzie).
