She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walker and Sadie Walker (Bell). She is survived by: her husband Sam W. Pitts, Jr.; her children, S. Wesley Pitts, III (Penelope) and Katrena G. Pitts; and her siblings, Joyce Crockett, Amos Walker, Ben Walker (Ruby), Pauline Walker, Gladys Washington (Earl) and Mike Walker (Jeri). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, other extended family, her church family.
